What to Expect from Your dedicated Consultation

  • Interpretation of existing functional medicine tests (e.g., blood, hormone, stool, hair mineral test, or heavy metals).
  • Current medications and supplement intake.
  • Current dietary requirements, food triggers, and present daily nutrition.

2. Consultation Process

  • Detailed analysis of collected client's information.
  • Identifying potential underlying health issues and systems under stress to determine possible root causes of the client's current health status.

3. Personalised Treatment Plan

  • Nutrition recommendations tailored to patient's needs.
  • Lifestyle modification suggestions.
  • Targeted supplement recommendations, always taking into account possible supplement and medication cross-interactions.

4. Plan Development

  • Make a step-by-step healing strategy with achievable health milestones by putting things into fully explained simple stages.

5. Follow-up Strategy

Follow-up sessions are to monitor a client's progress, adjust where needed, and progress onto further stages of their healing if and when ready. Healing takes time and normally goes through a number of stages done in specific orders. Follow-ups are to provide the support needed to continually move forward in someone's health journey. People’s goals also change as things improve, and as such, they may want to work on a different area of their health and wellness. We want to support this healthy progression towards pain-free longevity where possible.

NB: All consultations aim to provide a holistic, personalised approach to a client's health, considering all aspects of their physical, mental, nutritional, and lifestyle factors whilst ensuring safety through careful medication and supplement interaction review.

6. Regular Support or Targetted Advice

You can subscribe to Niki for regular support, with weekly virtual check-ins and a 30-minute call each month to help keep you focused and moving forward. Alternatively, if you prefer to work at your own pace, you can choose to book one-off advice sessions with the option of follow-up calls as needed. Whether you're looking for consistent guidance or a more flexible approach, Niki is here to support your journey.
