Service Description

Building upon your past & present medical history, family history, and current status of every system in your body, we will form an understanding of how you've arrived your state of wellbeing at this present time. We will then create a structured plan going forward detailing how best to improve your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through food, nutritional supplements and lifestyle changes. This package includes an initial 1 hour consultation plus detailed plan and 2x follow-up consultations.
