In our 1 hour massage sessions we combine physiotherapy mobilisations, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue body work and Thai massage techniques. We are sensitive to how each body reacts and adjust accordingly. No body or story is the same! All our masseurs are injury specialists, so whether you come for a relaxation, maintenance, pre/post natal or sports massage we will offer postural advice during each visit to assist you on your journey to better health and pain-free movement. Our relaxing, chemical free clinic is hidden away above the Royal Exchange Theatre in St Ann’s Square. It’s surprising quite and lets you slip away for some much needed quiet, restorative time in midst of city centre living or your working day! 60 minute massage: £65 Massage packages of 5 or 10 sessions are available, offering combined discounts on the standard one hour massage rate: 5x 60 minute sessions (£300 = £60 per massage) 10x 60 minute sessions (£500 = £50 per massage) All packages are valid for use within 1 year of purchase.
