Through the teachings of Yoga, Rosie aims to  help others improve the relationship they have with themselves. Consistent practice allows for finer tuning of a persons inner energy, to which in turn, can be wisely projected out in to the world. 

Being a runner herself Rosie’s ‘ Yoga For Runners ‘ class on a Wednesday is ideal for those wanting to relax the tense areas that running promotes and strengthen core areas to reduce risk of injury and improve their postural strength during their chosen sport. Rosie encourages exploration and free expression through breath connection, working cohesively with movement, drawing students inwards to focus on the present moment.
