During this session we will look at posture and muscle imbalances, any points of pain, past medical conditions and past injuries. We aim to find the root causes of your aches, pains and tight spots as part of an injury prevention maintainance plan.
These personal training sessions work on specifically strengthing weakened areas and opening restricted areas to bring us to a piont of balance and prevent injury and pain. We may also suggest combining a nutritional plan to excel your health goals further.
