This is a quick and easy recipe that you can scale up and down depending upon the quantity you want to make at any one time.
Essentially you will need the same amount of turmeric powder as chai masala, plus half that amount of ginger and cinnamon. So for example, if you use 2tbsp of turmeric you would use 2tbsp of chai masala, 1tbsp of ginger and 1tbsp cinnamon.

To make your latte, simply add half a teaspoon of the power to 70ml of nut milk and heat gently in a saucepan.
Optional: If you want to make your latte even more luxurious, you can use a pinch of vanilla bean paste added to your nut milk as it heats.
