
Beetroot burgers & dehydrated crackers recipe
In keeping with ‘no waste’ and money saving ideas, I will be using the pulp from beetroot juice as the core ingredient for these tasty burgers and will jazzing them up with a Thai theme!
For those who didn’t follow my Facebook Live juice workshop on Tuesday, make yourself a beetroot juice in the morning using carrot, lemon, apple and beets and save your pulp.

Ingredients:
Any nuts and seeds you have in the cupboard, e.g. pumpkin, chia, sunflower or sesame
2 tbsp Tahini
2 tbsp oil - preferably toasted sesame
1 tbsp honey or date syrup
2 tbsp Tamari or soya
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic paste, or fresh chopped garlic
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 lime or lemon juice, plus zest
1tsp chilli or cayenne (optional)
2 tbsp flour of your choice ( optional)
2 tbsp miso paste (if you have any)
