Dan teaches Yoga & Meditation to improve your physical and mental accompanied by the nervous system. 

Dan develops your understanding of Yoga and how it works, inspiring you to continue your exploration of Yoga away from our classes and ultimately have fun and smile.

Dan’s path back to Yoga & Meditation began five years ago as a means to better understand the mind after being diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (an anxiety condition). Some years later he began practicing Yoga postures to complement his meditation practice and further understand the relationship between the mind and body. Through continued practice he has come to find the techniques and methods helpful in our modern lifestyles. Specifically improving joint health and balancing the side of our central nervous system to improve general wellbeing.


Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced yogi you’ll find classes are structured to your current experience and energy level. Dan is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals (200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training under the guidance of Andrea Everingham at the Academy of Yoga in Manchester).
