Charnock Farm, Organic Wellness offers, one-to-one, naturopathic nutrition, consultations and plans for babies, toddlers and teenagers - right up to adulthood and for those trying to conceive.
We run Gut & Brain Retreats here in the UK and in Spain specialising in Nutrition, Wim Hof Cold Water Emmersion and Breathwork, Yoga and Functional Movement and Bespoke Bodywork.
We also sell a range of organic juice and broth cleanses, heavy metal resets, raw cakes and amazing, superfood powders tailored for your needs.

We will work with you on a holistic level, meaning that we consider all aspects of your health. Through our consultations we look at past and present medical history, possible genetic predispositions, lifestyle, nutrition and environment to get to the root of the cause of your injury or health issue. Functional testing may be advised in some circumstances to help reach the best plan of action moving forwards.
